Many projects are one-man shows and there are no &quot;million eyes&quot; scowering the code for bugs.  If it weren&#039;t for these projects leaders, a lot of the boring tasks of software development would never get completed, and there would be no product.

Open Source is here to stay, but it will never displace commercial software development.</description>
