I fully agree with the spirit. Having started an ISP, DNAI,  in 1994 and explaining to people that the Internet is &quot;like AOL, but different&quot; we used to run into all kinds of questions that at the time felt dumb. &quot;Does your Internet get Yahoo?&quot; Our attitude was always to  be patient with customers.
Rude customers were the exception to the rule. If you were rude to our staff, we gave you a couple of chances and then asked you to take your business somewhere else. But that was quite rare.</description>
