Some good tips, I am going to apply these right now. I noticed you left the main navigation in your landing page, do visitors wander off to other parts of your site? Have you experimented with actually removing the navigation altogether on the landing page?

>>
One question: did Google increase the number of ad impressions/clicks when it saw the increase in your conversion rate?
>>

I don't know if you saw the little bit of a fracas I had with AdWords the other day, where my ads suddenly stopped showing for a week. My impressions are way up since then, but not yet up to historical norms. However, we're smack dab in the middle of summer vacation, so that may also have something to do with it. I think that Google is going to give me more impressions as a result of this.

Interestingly, including the bit about no download in ads doesn't seem to boost CTR that much.

Well done Patrick! Going from a conversion rate of 18% to 28% is excellent. One question: did Google increase the number of ad impressions/clicks when it saw the increase in your conversion rate?
