I found it informative and kinda inspirational too. I recently released a download shareware app and am also starting to see the support costs, much of it due to installation issues. I may also be looking into switching into producing a web product next (or possibly a mobile app)

Btw, I was a little curious as to what went into the $16K of expenses for Bingo Card Creator?
